The customer service was excellent. I appreciate the time you took to get us another car, even after the first one was inoperable. Then, when we needed a ride to our home, it was made possible. I appreciate how you cared about our safety. Working under pressure is hard enough, but you made our day easy. As I kept in contact with you about my vehicle repair, even though you had a car shortage I was not harassed at all, about when I would have the back. Great job, Enterprise! Thank you!

Hey this is Junior, The Dover Delaware team deserves more than 5 stars. I’m a regular and every time the service gets better. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the entire staff on different days and everyone seems very friendly and professional. Understanding my needs and expectations are always a must and they have meet these goals 100% of the time. So it is a pleasure to fill out the surveys accurately, because they deserve the acknowledgment. Thank you everyone at the Dover location for working so hard , and diligently every day. When I walk into the store I see how Overwhelming things can get, but everybody holds their composure, and everyone seems to do their job and very well under pressure. Needed a car for an upcoming trip. I made the reservation online, and everything went smooth. Upon arrival, check-in was fast and everything setup fine. We were in and out fast, and the customer service was great. The only downside was that the car had a strong marijuana smell. I mentioned it and the rep had it sprayed with air freshener. The odor was not completely gone, and on our trip it became annoying. Other than this, everything was great.

Great people, easy to deal with. I feel bad for these people. They are busy as hell and having a hard time getting cars. Not just this site. I called every one in DE and the Eastern shore of MD and heard the same from them all. Yet they were all so damn nice! I would have been stressed out working in any of these places. They found a solution and got me out the door pretty fast. I'm impressed

The rental experience I had last week was not satisfying. The first car they gave me had cigarette holes in the driver seat & smelled like smoke. So awful, so I took it back & exchanged it for another car, still wasn’t too satisfying but it was doable. The car had dirt stains in the seats and it looked like someone was trying to pull the carpet up in the front passenger floor. Hopefully my experience next time will be a lot better than this last go around because for as long as I been a gold member, I’ve never had a rentals this bad!!!
